The national Norwegian environmental agency recently announced some changes within the new law on waste and waste management becoming effective on 1st of September 2017. That means producers and importers have to apply for membership at a certified take back scheme for transport and sales packaging in Norway by 31st of December at the latest to comply with the new legislation.
