On 01.01.2023 new register fees for the services from the German WEEE and battery authority Stiftung EAR according to the WEEE and the Battery law in Germany came into force. (ElektroGBattGGebV). Furthermore B2B WEEE products have to be marked with the crossed out wheelie dustbin since 01.01.2023.
Good news for all liable companies – the registration fees have remained at the previous years level. New from 2023 are the quarterly fees per account. This fee will be charged to each registered company at the beginning of a quarter from now on.
