The largest battery take back system in the Netherlands, STIBAT, has announced a price reduction for e-bike batteries together with Stichting EPAC, which is responsible for taking back e-bike batteries. With retroactive effect to 01.01.2019 the recycling fees will be reduced from 3€/kg to 1€/kg. The recycling amounts already paid will be refunded.
