The take back scheme Eltma announced a change in obligations for bike and Ebike producers and sellers on the Slovak market.
In the past liable companies only had to report spare tires being sold to the Slovak market. But from 2024 on this obligation also includes tires being sold together/with a bike or Ebike.
These new requirements broadens the scope of EPR for tires massively in Slovakia and includes more companies as well as more volumes being put onto the market.
