Due to the current situation, the German WEEE authority Stiftung EAR and the Ministry of Environment have decided that all obligated companies can submit the annual WEEE report 2019 in Germany until 31 May 2020.
All reports submitted after the official deadline of 31.04 will not be forwarded to the Federal Environment Agency, which is responsible for fines in the field of WEEE / electrical appliances.
